THE COMPANY
A federally incorporated Canadian corporation building operational platforms and infrastructure across technology, real estate, hospitality, and construction.
Praetori was founded in 2026 by an operator, not a consultant. Fifteen years inside institutional security — from the guard shack to the operations centre — revealed the same pattern everywhere: organizations running critical operations on fragmented tools, paper workflows, and inherited systems that no one chose but everyone tolerates.
The first product, Sentinel, was built to prove that a single platform could replace the dozen disconnected systems a municipal security division depends on daily. It worked. The second product, CrewBit, applied the same philosophy to mobile workforce management.
The company that emerged isn't a software company. It's an operations company that builds whatever its industries need — software first, then the properties and infrastructure those systems were designed to run.
The operator's advantage
Every product and project is built by people who've done the work — not observed it from a consulting engagement. The difference shows in every edge case handled and every workflow that actually maps to reality.
Vertical integration
When Praetori builds a hotel, the same company builds the structure, the operational software, and the management system. No handoffs. No gaps. No blame between vendors.
Permanence over speed
We don't ship fast and fix later. We don't cut corners on compliance. We don't accept "good enough." Every decision is tested against what it looks like at ten times the current scale.
